Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the end of the school year approaches, it is time for us to collect Chromebooks, Chromebook cords, Hot Spots and hotspot cords.
We will have a collection on Tuesday, June 1st and Wednesday June 2nd.
June 1st will be for students in Grades K-2 (9:30-10:30, 1:00 – 2:00 pm & 3:00 – 4:00 pm)
June 2nd will be for students in Grades 3-6 (9:30-10:30, 1:00 – 2:00 pm & 3:00 – 4:00 pm)
Please understand that these are the dates that we are requesting you follow so that we do not get too many parents at one time. If your assigned date will not work for you, you are certainly free to come the other day.
We ask that you please use the side entrance to the cafeteria when you arrive. You will see a sign indicating which door to use. As you make plans to arrive please note that everyone will be required to wear a mask/face shield, complete a temperature check and maintain social distancing during the return.
Please make sure your child’s Chromebook and hotspot are charged when they are returned, as we want to ensure that they are still working while you are present. A little attention on your part can make everything run more efficiently for us here at school and you as well.
Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Michael Gay
Principal, West Hill Elementary School
