West Hill Elementary is a Title 1 School, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title 1 school, you are an important part of the Title 1 team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parent involvement programs and activities at our school. The focus of all Title 1 Programs is to help all students meet high academic standards .
