The following procedure will be implemented for materials pick up and packet
drop off:
1. All student materials/personal belongings will be placed by the classroom
teacher in a bag and labeled with student’s first name, last name, and
homeroom teacher.
2. Grades Pre-K/Head Start- Grade 2 bags will be placed in the cafeteria and
divided up by classroom teacher.-PLEASE ENTER AND EXIT THROUGH KDG
DOORS.
3. Grades 3- Grade 6 bags will be placed in the gymnasium. – PLEASE ENTER
AND EXIT THROUGH MAIN CASE AVENUE DOORS.
4. ONE family member will enter the appropriate grade level doors pick up
the garbage bag and sign out before exiting the building.
5. MASKS are required when entering the building and entry will be limited
into the building to 10-25 at a time.
6. Social Distancing is required both IN AND OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.
7. Any materials not picked up will be discarded.
8. Completed packets can be dropped off in the grade level bins on your way
into the building.
9. We prefer an ADULT pick up materials but if that is not possible due to
work schedules STUDENTS will be allowed to pick up materials but must
follow above procedures.
